VoltCloud provides web hosting services, domain registration, and related internet services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws

• Hosting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Excessive resource usage that affects other users
• Adult content, gambling, or other restricted materials

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds do not include setup fees, domain registrations, or add-on services. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In case of extended downtime due to our infrastructure, we may provide service credits as compensation.

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss, and backup restoration may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

VoltCloud's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Privacy

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
